Jesse Bercowetz has two decades of experience in the arts, culture and community service. He has created free, innovated and educational exhibitions for countless non-profit arts organizations, and museums including The Lower Manhattan Cultural Council, The Drawing Center, White Columns, Exit Art, Socrates Sculpture Park, The Brooklyn Museum, The Brooklyn Academy of Music, The New Museum and MoMA / PS1…

Bercowetz served on the advisory panel for the New York State Council on the Arts and was an Artist Mentor through the Joan Mitchell Foundation, The New York Workspace Consortium, and the New York Foundation for the Arts Immigrant Artist Program. He has taught workshops for all grades of the New York Public School system and lectured on community-based art and education at many Universities including the University Museum at Albany, New York Studio Program at Parsons/New School University, Penn State University. Rice University and New York University.
